• Each attending presenter must register for the conference.
• Early bird rates end on May 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time)
• All accepted presenters are required to be active members of the IAFLL.
• Local presenters can join the IAFLL at a discounted rate of USD 50.

Conference Cancellation Policy

• If a registrant is unable to attend, provided the conference director or secretariat is informed in writing by the final date for payment displayed on the conference website, a refund shall apply.
• Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
• The standard time to process payment cancellation is 45 days.
• A 2.5% service charge will be imposed on cancelled transactions to recover costs for the online payment gateway.
